Most needed upgrades or repairs can be completed onsite, ensuring that your computer system(s)/ network are fully functional before we leave. In most cases, all work can be done in a single visit. If additional work is need we will pick up your computer and deliver and re-set up your fixed computer back at your home or office at no extra cost.

I've used Geek@Your Service quite a bit over the last couple of years and have been extremely happy with the results every time. Derek has done everything from fixing my virus infected laptop to getting an old desktop up and running again. Each time Derek uses extreme professionalism and is able to diagnose the problem and fix it quickly. His turnaround time is amazing and whenever I call, he's always willing to fix my problems ASAP. Since I'm addicted to my computer, this is extremely important to me. I can't thank him enough for coming to my rescue and saving the day each and every time I call. I would highly recommend Derek and his company and am so thankful to have found such an honest and fair person to fix my computers.

This project went very well. Derek arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He was polite and courteous, and quite knowledgeable about computers and the internet in general. He was very helpful by providing us with information and guidance on operating and maintaining our new wireless system. He completed the work in a minimum time, and at a price I consider very reasonable. I would most certainly hire him again if/when I have a problem that I am unable to correct myself.

Derek has been helping set up and maintain our computer system for the last 6 months. On this visit, he set up our new computer and the setup and transfer of files. He also solved a driver problem and isolated a problem with our new speakers.
Derek has been to our house approximately 4 times during the last 6 months. He is professional,prompt, affordable, and demonstrates his expertise in solving the various problems which come with computer use. He answered all of our questions and can even solve some of our problems online from his home. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs computer service or repair.

In today's world, it seems that any service-based company we need to deal with, just barely does their job, and then, usually poorly. The service we have received from his company was so excellent that we cannot rate it high enough with just 5 stars. We trust him and he has gone out of his way to respond quickly to our calls. geek @ Your Service Review I have called on geek@Your Service several times for significant and minor computer problems. If possible, he will solve my technical problems over the phone. If that's not possible, he will come to my house as quickly as he can and do everything possible to fix the problem quickly. He even made a house call on Christmas Eve to diagnose some major technical issues I had. Since it involved hundreds of system bugs/viruses including a major e-mail malfunction, he had to take the hard drive with him for extensive testing, diagnostic processes, and ultimate resolution of all the problems very quickly at a very affordable cost. He's only a phone call away if I have a computer question. I know I can trust him and I have confidence in his IT expertise. He displays a very high degree of patience with computer users like myself who lack significant IT skill and knowledge. I highly recommend geek@Your Service to anyone.
